At SOHAM EDUWORLD PUBLICATION, we aim to ensure your satisfaction. However, due to the nature of physical books and COD orders, our return/refund policy is limited.

1. Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered books.
  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via UPI or bank transfer once the returned book is received and verified.
  • COD charges and shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
